MO: Supreme Court backs confining sex offenders indefinitely

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that a state law allowing two sex offenders to be committed indefinitely to mental institutions after prison is constitutional. Full Article

That is still confinement after they pay their debt to society, unconstitutional and a human rights issue because of myth of RSOs being extremely dangerous.

We have feeble minded individuals in far too important positions. They are only capable of status quo. They have forgotten the true meaning of our constitution and have become those for why it was written.
